Testimonials

I am writing to you to let you know how beneficial Anna has been to my daughter’s recovery.

Anna has given her so much confidence in opening and understanding her mind, body and soul. She is truly a remarkable therapist and caring individual. She has also helped to improve communication between my daughter and I in our double sessions, which has greatly strengthened our relationship overall.

My daughter looks forward to attending every session with Anna, with motivation she has struggled to find elsewhere considering her condition.

Anna helped me tremendously in breaking down barriers to face emotional baggage I’d been holding onto for many years. She has an intuitive approach and a caring nature, which was exactly what I needed to help me let go of what no longer served me.

Anna, I wanted to thank you so much. You caught me on a very vulnerable day (which was not what I had planned for our session), but you held the space for me so beautifully and I found the session really helpful. You have a really calming, honest and compassionate therapeutic style. You are absolutely in the right field and I’m very grateful to have had the experience. Thank you
— Carli
